To add some cardio to your routine, we have added Sculpting classes, which include 30 minutes of Spinning and 30 minutes of Mat Pilates, and to wind you down we have added yoga to our class selection! We can customize a health plan and fitness routine to suit every individual's goal and needs. Natural Pilates offers private Pilates and GYROTONIC® sessions, semi-private and group Pilates classes in Beverly Hills and home private sessions in Los Angeles area.
