Quite simply, Jody Maroni’s Sausage Kingdom makes and sells the World’s Greatest Sausage Sandwiches. The Venice Sausage King’s family recipe gourmet sausages are grilled and served on a fresh-baked onion roll and smothered in onions and peppers. Kobe Beef Hot Dogs, All-beef hot dogs and hand-cut French fries round out the menu. Acclaimed as “the best of the wurst,” and “a monument to the sausage”, Jody’s chicken or pork flavors include Chicken Andouille, Chicken Apple, Tequila Chicken and Chicken Pomegranate among others. Many are low in fat and are made without nitrates or preservatives.
